Dr. Kandhappan Pillai
General Dentist
Dr. Pillai graduated as a dentist in 1998 from Bangalore University in India, then completed his specialty training in Oral Surgery in India from Mumbai University in 2004 . He successfully challenged the NDEB equivalency process and went on to acquire the general dentist license in British Columbia. He’s also a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology in Chicago, USA.
He has been placing Dental Implants since 2001, and thus, brings vast experience in, not just oral implantology and surgical procedures associated with it, but also his keenness to learn keeps him at the cutting edge of latest developments in his professional sphere. As much as he is an avid student, he’s a passionate teacher. He’s the chief mentor for ACJ in Dent-Art Training Academy, BC.

Jolie attended George Brown College where she achieved an Honors Diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2004. As a lifelong learner Jolie is proud to be part of a dynamic and evolving profession that brings about a positive change to her patients’ lives. Jolie derives great satisfaction in helping her patients achieve and maintain optimal oral and overall health in a comfortable setting while explaining the why’s and how’s of dentistry.
Jolie lives in Vancouver with her husband and three children and cherishes the opportunity to entertain family and friends through her love of cooking and baking. She is new to Crossfit and Weight Lifting and plans to keep the momentum going.

Katrina is one of our friendly receptionists. Before joining the practice, she spent the last 5 years in the guest services industry. She is keen to providing excellent patient care. Katrina grew up in the Philippines and moved to North America in 2017. She loves all things Rifle Paper Co. because dainty floral patterns make her happy. To be an experienced hiker is something she’d like to be outside of the office.
